As an absolute beginner in Real Estate Investing, taking this class was the best decision I ever made. Steve walked us through the basics and explained all the terminology unique to this industry. While the information was a little overwhelming, Steve was patient with all our questions and reinforced the concepts with real world examples from his own experience. The best part was the Kingdom perspective that Steve brought into all his material. It’s not just the “what”, but the “why”. I highly recommend Steve and all of JirehTech’s services.

I am very appreciative that I was able to take these classes with Steve Raj. The classes were very informative and clear. Images, analogies, and roll playing were often used as well to help add color to our comprehension. If a student happen to have a question, it was gracefully answered which eventually lead to edifying the whole session. As someone who came into this class as a novice, I left with a better framework and formed a strong foundation to build upon going forward

Steve Raj is your go-to man for all your Real Estate needs. With decades of real-life experience, he has a wealth of knowledge in analyzing subject properties and making executive purchasing decisions based on current market conditions. He is not only a realtor, and investor, but also a contractor, and familiar with all pricing costs associated with basic project remodels to complete full-scale gut renovation projects. In my 10 weeks investment class, he taught me how to analyze a property, and highlighted key strategies which resulted in good investment deals, leading to positive monthly cash flows and growing a real estate investment portfolio over a 5-year time span.
I highly recommend Steve Raj for all your real estate investment needs. He is not only presentable and charismatic, but also very approachable and very easy to speak to. A God-fearing man, who is diligent and has great work ethics, and is always ready to lend a hand to help those in need. I promise you, with Steve Raj on your team, he will not allow you make the wrong deal. His vested interest is to serve his clients to the best of his abilities and knowledge, and to help them make the right decision in generating real estate wealth.

Steve was very knowledgeable and seasoned as a real estate instructor. Although this was like a refresher course for me Steve has motivated me to get back into RE investing. He gave me practical steps to get started and like a mentor is willing to help me locate and turn over properties.

He has a true gift for teaching — not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also had a clear, engaging way of explaining complex topics that made them easy to understand. I’ve been investing in real estate for close to 20 years and was still able to take away some great concepts and ideas.
Steve is patient, knowledgeable and brings a new and unique way of looking at real estate investing. From creative financing to ‘Boots on the Ground’ field trip, this class was definitely worth the time.
